Accomplishing health and fitness goals is as important as setting them. And only when we do absolutely the required can it be accomplished. Oftentimes we commit ourselves to various lifestyle goals and health resolutions. Each one of us may be different in the type of path but ultimately the goal is the same: Be it Yoga, meditation or sports practicing gym etc. but only rarely do we tend to complete them. With the advent of the COVID -19 pandemic and increase in work from home framework, most of us are facing difficulty in staying fit. Many of us abandoned our fitness goals which, in turn, lead to unnecessary weight gain. Also, immunity system breakdowns and several health complications are quite evident. It is only more important that we build and maximize our immunity system to fight the pandemic.
